Part 3 of my Christmas Wish list. Now that Halloween is over that means just one more month till X-mas!
14. "Wish You Were Here" Shower Curtain from
Urban Outfitters. Made up of overlapping images taken from vintage postcards. Featuring familiar retro images for exotic places such as Paris, Bermuda, Atlantic City and Alaska.
15. Blackbird Fly from
Superheadz. This is a twin lens camera based on the classic Rolleiflex, complete with trademark top down viewer. The photos are distinctly old school too (square snaps shot on 35mm film.) Woo!
16. Michael Beutler espresso cups and saucers at
Illy. These designs are inspired by origami, like most of the man's work, and certainly add a splash of colour to the traditional white cups. They're also collectibles, with each collection only produced in limited numbers.
